I request a FREE on-line estimate, without obligation, then what ?
  1. Very soon you’ll receive by email a proposition for holiday tours corresponding as closely as possible to the criteria indicated on the estimate request form.

  2. If you wish to accept this proposition/estimate, all you have to do is sign it for acceptance, and send it to us by e-mail. Never hesitate to call us for any information you might require.

If you wish the proposition/estimate to be modified, or to request some advice, we can also communicate with you by email or by telephone to look at it again and adjust it according to your requirements. Once the proposition/estimate corresponds exactly to what you want, we’ll send it to you for acceptance.

Who/what is Explor'in France ? What guarantees and licences does the company have?

We have an official tour operator’s licence issued by Atout France, the French Tourism Development Agency, the French State tourism authority. Our registration number :  1M064190006

Ou company is a SAS (Simplified joint stock company) listed on the

Business and Companies Register – SIRET : 850 605 171 00014

We meet the criteria necessary for any tour operator :

  • a financial guarantee covering monies deposited by the public, provided by the APST
  • a professional civil liability insurance policy, taken out with the ALLIANZ company

For information, Explor’in France is a trade mark registered with the INPI (National Institute of industrial property) – National N° : 19 4 545 385

What are the payment conditions ?

As soon as the proposition/estimate has been accepted, you will be asked to pay :

  • a 40% deposit on the signing of the proposition/estimate in order to reserve the services chosen together.
  • The balance at least 30 days before the departure date

No refund will be made by the company if you cancel your booking.

How do I pay for my holiday once the proposition/estimate has been accepted and signed ?

Payments to us are made in complete security, in EUROS, via the BNP Paribas bank, which Explor’in France has chosen.

  • Either by bank transfer from your account to our BNP Paribas account

  • Or by credit card via the BNP Paribas secure payment site (3D Secure Mercanet-Paytweak). This very simple method of payment can also enable you to benefit from the travel insurance provided by certain bank cards.

Find out about the charges your bank will apply in respect of any bank transfers or card payments in euros.

Should I take out insurance for my holiday ?

The unexpected just loves turning up on holidays : every traveller should be aware of this. But you don’t have to let this uninvited guest spoil your holidays.

It is therefore strongly recommended that you take out a Multi-risk travel insurance policy, including the risks of Cancellation or change to the holiday, Late arrival of flights, Assistance, Repatriation, Theft and loss of luggage…

An insurance policy will be recommended to you with the proposition/estimate ; you can accept or reject it.

Where and when should I get my travel documents ?

Yuo will receive and email from us from 15 to 10 days before your departure with :

a detailed description of your holiday in your personalised roadbook

the travel documents (e-ticket, vouchers, reservation confirmation…)

For airline tickets, you will have to check in on line on the internet site of the company or directly at the check-in desk at the airport

Can I change my mind and pull out of the purchase within 7 days ?

Clients are informed that they do not benefit from any right to withdraw, and that this is in accordance with Article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code.
